How Do I Edit My Business Profile?

All members of Voices have a personal website where your public profile is displayed. We recommend that you add a brief description of your or your business in the About Us section to let other members know a little more about you.

Your public website address is: /clients/yourusername

• Your Profile is where you can update your company details and also maintain your contact information and user preferences.

• Your contact information is hidden from the public by default.

• The email address that you have in your Profile is the address that your Voices Inbox messages will be sent to. Edit your company details by clicking on Profile.

• This is where you can maintain your personal contact information, so other members can communicate with you - and should you need customer support, we will contact you at the email or phone number listed in your profile.

Adding Your Photo

Upload a picture of yourself or a company logo. For best results, upload a square image with equal dimensions.

1. To upload your picture, you'll need to save the image as a .gif or .jpg and have it saved as a file on your computer. Then you will need to sign into your account and go to your profile, located at: /member/account/profile

2. Once on your profile page, hover over the current image in the left column and click Change. (See the screenshot above).

3. Then you will Browse your computer for your image file, select it and the path to the file will appear in the Select File box.

4. Click Save at the bottom of the profile page. The file should now appear in the Profile area of your account as well as on your public profile.

The ideal image dimensions are 180 pixels wide by 180 pixels high. Regardless of the exact size, having a square image is the most important. Better yet, upload a photo that is 500 pixels by 500 pixels.
