I'd like to walk you through. Relax, ation exercise that you can do any time of the day in any place. Let's begin by closing your eyes and calming your mind. Start by taking a couple of deep full breaths. Try to let the out breath. Be a really letting go kind of breath. See if you can clear your mind of worried or anxious thoughts. Now imagine a place where you feel as calm and relaxed. It's possible it could be a place you've been to before or one where you'd like to go. It might be a beach, a mountain setting, a cozy cabin, a nice deep bath tub. You choose the place where it seems easy to leave your worries behind.
