This is a one minute guided breathing meditation. I'd like you to take a second to get comfortable feel your body and relax when you feel comfortable. Close your eyes now. Place your hands on your stomach And take two deep breaths. Notice in your stomach rising with the in breath and falling with the out breath as you keep breathing deeply into your stomach. I'd like you to breathe in slowly for a count of five And hold your breath for five And breathe out for a count of five. Great.
