Meet the engineer floorless H D landfill pump. As you watch the pump cycle, you will notice there are no internal parts needed to cycle the pump, no parts to gum up and fail. This results in longer run times more lea shape being pumped while greatly reducing man hours required to keep your pumps operating more up time and considerably reduce maintenance cost. How does the float pump work? The gene flow pump uses Titanium probes combined with SDS which is software driven sensor technology to monitor the liquid level within the pump and cycle it accordingly. This allows the pump to operate more efficiently in difficult wells conditions such as scaling sediments and gummy liquids. With the all stainless steel construction, the pump can handle the heat and operate in temperatures up to 200 40 F. What maintenance is typically required? The SDS software is designed to reduce fouling of the Titanium probes. However, if the probe should foul, the pump can quickly be dissembled at the well head and the probes brush clean and put back in action. No need to disconnect everything and take it to the shop for a costly rebuild. Take your leche pumping to the next level with gene smart pump technology.
